6. What thermal label sizes are supported?+

7. Can I print multiple labels on one A4 sheet?+

Yes. LabelForge supports A4 4-up and A4 6-up output layouts, allowing multiple extracted labels to be arranged on a standard A4 page.

8. What is A4 4-up label printing?+

A4 4-up printing arranges four shipping labels on a single A4 sheet. It can be useful when printing labels with a standard office printer.

9. What is A4 6-up label printing?+

A4 6-up printing arranges six shipping labels on a single A4 sheet, making better use of the available page area for smaller label layouts.

10. Can I use LabelForge with a thermal printer?+

Yes. LabelForge provides thermal-oriented output formats such as 100 × 150 mm and 4 × 6 inch labels. The final print result also depends on your printer, driver, paper size, scaling settings, and physical label stock.

11. What is the difference between 4 × 6 inch and 100 × 150 mm labels?+

They are very similar common thermal-label formats, but their physical dimensions are expressed using different measurement conventions. You should select the format that matches the actual label stock and printer configuration you use.

12. Will LabelForge work with every shipping-label PDF?+

Not necessarily. Marketplace PDFs can use different page dimensions, layouts, embedded content, and label structures. LabelForge is designed to detect supported layouts, but unusual or changed PDFs may require additional handling.

13. Should I check the generated PDF before printing?+

Yes. Always review the generated PDF before using it for a shipment. Check the recipient information, barcode, tracking information, label boundaries, page orientation, and physical paper size.

14. Are uploaded PDFs permanently stored?+

LabelForge is not designed as a permanent document-storage service. Uploaded documents are processed to provide the requested conversion. Temporary processing data may exist while a request is being handled.

15. Is LabelForge free?+

LabelForge currently provides its core label-conversion functionality as a web-based tool. Availability of specific features, usage limits, or future paid features may change as the service develops.

16. Why did my label not crop correctly?+

Label detection depends on the structure of the uploaded PDF. If the marketplace changes its label layout, if the PDF uses an unusual structure, or if the document differs from supported layouts, detection may not produce the expected result.

17. Why is my printed label the wrong size?+

Printer scaling is often responsible. Check that your printer is using the correct paper or label size and that options such as Fit to Page, Scale to Fit, or automatic resizing are disabled when your workflow requires actual-size printing.

18. Can I print labels directly from LabelForge?+

LabelForge generates a print-ready PDF. You can open the generated PDF with your preferred PDF viewer and send it to your printer using the appropriate paper-size and scaling settings.
