By accessing or using LabelForge, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use the service.
1. About LabelForge
LabelForge is a web-based document processing service designed to help users prepare marketplace shipping-label PDF files for printing.
Available features and supported document formats may change as the service is developed and improved.
2. Eligibility and Responsible Use
You are responsible for using LabelForge in accordance with applicable laws and these Terms.
You should only upload documents that you are authorized to process and should not use the service to process documents or information unlawfully.
3. Uploaded Documents
You retain responsibility for the documents and information you upload to LabelForge.
By uploading a document, you confirm that you have the necessary rights or authorization to submit it for processing.
You should review generated files before using them for shipping, fulfillment, or other operational purposes.
4. Generated Files
LabelForge generates output files based on the input document and options selected by the user.
Because PDF documents can vary in layout, structure, dimensions, and content, LabelForge cannot guarantee that every document will be detected or formatted correctly.
Users are responsible for checking the generated PDF before printing or attaching a label to a shipment.
5. Prohibited Uses
You must not use LabelForge to:
- violate applicable laws or regulations;
- process documents without appropriate authorization;
- interfere with or disrupt the operation of the service;
- attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems or infrastructure;
- introduce malicious code, files, or other harmful material;
- abuse automated requests or attempt to bypass reasonable service limitations; or
- use the service for activity that could harm LabelForge or its users.
6. Availability of the Service
LabelForge is provided as an online service and may occasionally be unavailable because of maintenance, updates, technical issues, hosting problems, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.
We may modify, suspend, replace, or discontinue features of the service as the product evolves.
7. Third-Party Services
LabelForge may use third-party services for hosting, infrastructure, advertising, analytics, security, or other operational purposes.
Your use of third-party services may also be subject to the terms and policies of those providers.
8. Intellectual Property
The LabelForge website, software, branding, interface, text, graphics, and other original materials provided by LabelForge are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws unless otherwise stated.
These Terms do not transfer ownership of LabelForge intellectual property to users.
9. User Content and Rights
You retain your rights in documents and other content that you submit to LabelForge, subject to any rights held by third parties whose content is included in those documents.
You grant LabelForge only the limited permission reasonably necessary to process submitted documents and provide the requested service.
10. No Warranty
To the extent permitted by applicable law, LabelForge is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.
We do not guarantee that the service will always be available, error-free, uninterrupted, or suitable for every PDF layout, printer, device, marketplace, or use case.
11. Shipping and Printing Responsibility
LabelForge is a document-processing tool. It does not independently verify shipment addresses, order information, tracking numbers, barcodes, or other information contained in generated labels.
Users are responsible for reviewing labels before printing and using them for shipments.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, LabelForge and its operators will not be responsible for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or other losses arising from the use of, or inability to use, the service.
This includes, where permitted by law, losses resulting from incorrect printing, missed shipments, incorrect labels, business interruption, or reliance on generated output.
13. Changes to These Terms
These Terms may be updated from time to time. Changes will be published on this page with an updated date.
Continued use of LabelForge after an updated version becomes available may constitute acceptance of the revised Terms to the extent permitted by applicable law.
